二、【我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息】在您使用ElephGO服务平台的过程中，我们会按照如下方式收集您在使用服务时主动提供的或因为使用服务而产生的个人信息，用以向您提供服务、优化我们的服务以及保障您的账户安全。 2.1当您使用ElephGO服务平台的以下功能时，我们需要您主动提供一些信息： 2.1.1账号类功能当您登录ElephGO服务平台时，如果您使用手机号、微信或QQ、支付宝登录的，需要您向我们提供手机号、微信或QQ、支付宝昵称、头像、地区、性别，以为您持续稳定提供专属于登录用户的服务。在部分实名制服务中，我们可能需要您提供您的姓名、通讯地址、邮编、身份信息、联系方式等相关信息。您也可以向我们提供您的手机号码，作为账号认证/绑定的补充途径。手机号码是个人敏感信息。如您拒绝提供手机号码，不影响您继续登录账号、使用我们的服务，但在某些特定服务场合中，可能会受到限制。您可以通过ElephGO服务平台-设置-点击头像，查阅您的账号信息。 2.1.2服务当您使用ElephGO服务平台中提供的服务时，为确保你在完成行程后能够完成支付，您授权ElephGO服务平台将您的openid共享给微信支付、支付宝以便校验你是否具备支付能力；我们会向您申请位置权限，经您授权同意后，我们会收集您的手机号码、设备信息（如手机型号、系统类型、系统版本、会话功能中发送的消息内容与发送时间、地理位置信息（如起终点经纬度、注册时经纬度、下单时经纬度）、您所主动输入的紧急联系人姓名、紧急联系人电话号码（如有）、订单信息、交易信息、IP地址、设备识别码（ICCID、IMSI、IMEI）、发票信息（发票抬头、税号、备注说明、注册地址、注册电话、开户银行、银行账号、收件人、电话号码、邮箱地址）、取消订单时选择的原因、客诉信息、各个运力的隐私协议和服务协议的授权信息，并在您确认订单后将手机号码、起终点经纬度、发票信息（发票抬头、税号、备注说明、注册地址、注册电话、开户银行、银行账号、收件人、电话号码、邮箱地址）与第三方运力服务方共享，以便第三方服务商进行定位、方便与您进行联系、生成订单以实现服务并确保您的用车安全。您如果拒绝授权提供，将无法使用对应功能，但不影响您正常使用ElephGO服务平台基于上述信息即可实现的其他功能，服务过程中以签署具体运力商隐私协议为准。您可以通过ElephGO服务平台的-个人中心-隐私服务协议进一步了解服务。

2.1.3 ElephGO服务平台当您使用ElephGO服务平台中提供的ElephGO服务平台时，我们会向您申请位置权限，经您授权同意后，我们会收集您的手机号码、设备信息（如手机型号、系统类型、系统版本、会话功能中发送的消息内容与发送时间、地理位置信息（如起终点经纬度、注册时经纬度、下单时经纬度）、您所主动输入的紧急联系人姓名、紧急联系人电话号码（如有）、订单信息、交易信息、IP地址、设备识别码（ICCID、IMSI、IMEI），并在您确认订单后向第三方服务商共享上述信息，以便第三方服务商进行定位、方便与您进行联系、生成订单以实现服务并确保您的用车安全。您如果拒绝授权提供，将无法使用对应功能，但不影响您正常使用ElephGO服务平台基于上述信息即可实现的其他功能。

2.1.4基于位置信息的附加功能在您使用ElephGO服务平台基于位置提供的相关服务时，我们可能会收集和处理有关您的设备信息、位置信息、网络身份标识信息，以使得您不需要手动输入自身地理坐标就可使用下述相关服务。位置信息包括通过GNSS信息，WLAN接入点、蓝牙、基站以及其他传感器信息所获取的精确位置信息也包括通过IP地址或其他网络信息获取的粗略地理位置信息。当您使用下述功能时，我们会请求精确地理位置权限授权，如您拒绝授权精确地理位置权限，我们不会根据精确位置信息向您提供上述服务：（1）当您使用足迹服务时，为了向您提供出行地点和路线的记录，我们会收集您的位置信息。（2）当您使用出行推荐、周边推荐服务时，为了向您提供个性化的内容推荐，我们会收集您的位置信息。（3）当您使用服务时，为了向您提供ElephGO服务平台，我们会收集您的位置信息。（4）当您使用搜索周边停车场服务时，为了向您提供周边停车场信息，我们会收集您的位置信息。（5）当您使用船票/骑行/智行/火车/客车/飞机服务时，为了向您提供路线规划、导航、车次查询等功能以及导航问题的分析复现，我们会收集您的位置信息。（6）当您使用查公交/实时公交/查地铁服务时，为了向您提供附近公交、实时公交、地铁信息服务，我们会收集您的位置信息。您可以随时通过取消授权ElephGO服务平台访问您的精确位置信息，停止我们对您的精确地理位置信息的收集，之后您可能将无法使用上述基于精确位置信息提供的相关服务或功能，或者无法达到上述基于精确位置信息提供的相关服务拟达到的效果。但这并不会影响您正常使用ElephGO服务平台其他不基于精确位置信息即可实现的业务功能。

2.1.5营销活动类功能您参加我们的运营活动时，我们需要您提供您的姓名、收货地址、手机号码，以便我们联系第三方物流公司，并向他们分享您的寄送地址信息和电话信息，实现为您配送、邮寄实物礼品的功能。我们也会收集您的快递订单号，用于供您了解快递状态。上述信息如您不提供，不会影响您使用我们的其他功能，但我们将无法为您进行实物奖品的配送。如果您购买了ElephGO服务平台折扣优惠券包、ElephGO服务平台专享的出行优惠券包、ElephGO服务平台专享的保养优惠券包、ElephGO服务平台专享的代泊车优惠券包、ElephGO服务平台专享的租车优惠券包、ElephGO服务平台专享的车主省钱卡、ElephGO服务平台专享的门票优惠券包服务，为了向您记录、展示订单信息，为您提供订单创建、付款、查询、退款服务，我们会收集您的微信的openid、订单金额、订单编号、订单创建时间、付款时间、订单描述、支付金额、支付时间、已退款金额（如有）、退款发起时间（如有）、退款单号（如有）、退款成功时间（如有）、订单状态、发货订单Id 。如您拒绝向我们提供上述信息，您将无法购买折扣优惠券，但不影响您使用我们的其他功能。 2.2为保障产品的正常运行，确保运营稳定与您的信息安全，我们会自动收集一些信息：为了保证ElephGO服务平台app的正常运行，确保ElephGO服务平台app运营的安全，向您提供问题诊断或设备检测服务，以及保障您使用ElephGO服务平台的便捷性，提高我们的运营品质与效率，我们会收集您的操作、使用、服务日志、硬件型号、操作系统版本、设备配置、唯一设备标识符（ICCID、IMSI、IMEI）、AndroidID (依据您使用的系统版本会有区别，iOS系统不收集)、设备连接信息以及设备状态信息、网络身份标识信息（Mac地址），设备SN（硬件序列号）、广告标识符IDFA 。当您打开我们的应用并最小化运行（后台状态）时，此时您仍在运行我们的应用，我们会收集您的唯一设备标识符（ICCID、IMSI、IMEI），以便在您最大化运行我们的应用时，继续向您提供稳定的腾ElephGO服务平台，提高您使用我们app的安全性，保障用户体验的流畅性。

2.3为保障能向您提供个性化的服务，我们收集了这些信息：当您开启个性化推荐服务时，为了实现内容展示、优化展示及搜索结果、了解产品对不同硬件的适配情况、完成不同内容的推荐策略、统计产品的运营数据的功能，我们会收集您设备信息、地理位置信息、用户在app内的设置及用户的浏览行为、点击行为、搜索行为、搜索历史记录、出行习惯和通勤时间，比如，基于您在ElephGO服务平台中主动设置常用地点、出行偏好、通勤方式和时间，当个性化推荐功能开启时，根据搜索行为、出行偏好、通勤方式和时间，推送出行资讯、生活资讯和服务，例如拥堵预警、道路封闭预警、公交线路变更提醒、天气预警、附近适合您的商户等。同时，部分我们的内容将根据您设备所在位置信息向您推荐（例如：根据您设备所在的大致地理位置信息对应的城市及/或区县向您展示、推荐你所在地区（城市、区县等）的本地内容；根据您设备所在的精确地理位置信息向您展示、推荐您附近商户等）。自动化决策，是指通过计算机程序自动分析、评估个人的行为习惯、兴趣爱好或者经济、健康、信用状况等，并进行决策的活动。个性化推荐属于此类决策的一种。具体个性化推荐的机制如下：本服务会使用您提供给我们的个人信息来创建用户组别，即将特征相似的人群分组，并针对这些组别推荐定向内容。您的信息用于决定将您分配到哪个细分组别，以及相应地，会看到哪些推荐信息。为保护您的隐私，使用您的信息进行细分时，您所在的组别至少会有5,000人。您的以下个人信息会被用于定向细分：（1）出行习惯和通勤时间；（2）在应用中的活动：app内搜索、设置及浏览行为、导航行为；（3）地理位置信息；（4）设备信息；若您拒绝授权我们获取您的位置信息或关闭位置权限，则我们不会根据通过您的地理位置权限获得的精确地理位置信息向您进行内容推荐，也不会进行个性化推荐。关闭个性化推荐并不会影响您其他功能的正常使用，您可以根据自身的喜好和判断随时决定开启或关闭该功能。

2.4、从第三方合作伙伴获取的信息我们可能会获得您在使用第三方合作伙伴服务时所产生或分享的信息。例如，您授权登录第三方服务商的插件服务，并产生交易，我们会在获取您同意的基础上，获得您在第三方产生的订单信息，以方便您在平台管理个人订单。例如您【用来登陆ElephGO服务平台app的微信或QQ、支付宝账户登陆第三方合作伙伴服务时，我们会获得您登录第三方合作伙伴服务的名称、登录时间】请您仔细阅读第三方合作伙伴服务的用户协议或隐私政策，并且您理解并知悉，您因选择的第三方服务而产生的纠纷或损失由您与该第三方服务提供商协商解决，我们对此不承担任何赔偿责任。此外，我们会依法核实个人信息来源的合法性，或在获取前向您明示您个人信息的来源、类型及使用范围，如我们为向您提供ElephGO服务平台产品需进行的个人信息处理活动超出您原本向第三方提供个人信息时的授权同意范围，我们将在处理您的该等个人信息前，征得您的明示同意；我们也将会严格遵守相关法律法规的规定，并要求第三方保障其提供的信息的合法性。我们严格遵守法律法规的规定及与您的约定，将收集的信息用于本章节所描述的用途。若我们超出上述用途使用您的信息，我们将再次向您进行说明，并征得您的同意。

3.1存储信息的地点我们遵守法律法规的规定，将境内收集的用户个人信息存储于境内。

5.2删除个人信息 • 删除订单： 1) 进入ElephGO服务平台首页后，点击“我的”； 2) 点击“ 订单”； 3) 左滑； 4) 确认是否删除； 5) 点击“删除”。

5.3更正个人信息 • 更改头像 1) 进入ElephGO服务平台首页后，点击“我的”； 3) 点击“头像”； 4) 点击刷新； 5) 进行头像更改操作。 • 更改昵称 1) 进入ElephGO服务平台首页后，点击“我的”； 2) 点击“头像”； 3) 点击刷新； 4) 进行昵称更改操作。

5.4账号解绑/注销

5.4.1ElephGO服务平台没有独立的账号，如果您想注销您所登录腾讯地图的qq或微信账号，您需要到qq或微信的相关页面，根据其指引实现。

5.4.2如果您需要解除您所登录ElephGO服务平台的qq或微信账号与ElephGO服务平台账号的绑定关系，并注销出行账号下的全部资产、个人信息和数据，您可以通过《ElephGO服务平台隐私协议》提供的联系方式联系我们。在核实您的身份后，我们将向您提供相关的注销账户及相关个人信息服务。

5.4.3您可以通过路径:“app左上角大象图标-注销账户”注销您的ElephGO账号。在您注销ElephGO账号后，我们将停止为您提供ElephGO的全部产品和/或服务，并依据法律法规相关要求通过匿名化的方式处理您的个人信息，或删除与您账号相关的个人信息，但法律法规或监管机构对用户信息存储时间另有规定的除外。

5.5意见反馈和事件上报 1) 进入ElephGO服务平台首页后，点击“我的”； 2) 点击“客服”； 3) 选择和输入您意见反馈或者事件上报的内容，点击“提交”。

六、【《隐私协议》的变更】我们可能会适时对本《ElephGO服务平台隐私协议》进行修订。当《ElephGO服务平台隐私协议》的条款发生变更时，我们会在版本更新时以红点提示等方式向您提示变更后的《ElephGO服务平台隐私协议》，并向您说明生效日期。请您仔细阅读变更后的《ElephGO服务平台隐私协议》内容，您继续使用ElephGO服务平台产品表示您同意我们按照更新后的隐私保护指引处理您的个人信息。

七、【信息安全保护】

7.1安全保障措施我们努力为用户的信息安全提供保障，以防止信息的丢失、不当使用、篡改、未经授权访问或披露。我们将在合理的安全水平内使用各种安全保护措施以保障信息的安全。例如，我们会使用加密技术（例如SSL）、去标识化、匿名化处理等手段来保护您的个人信息。我们通过不断提升的技术手段加强安装在您设备端的软件的安全能力，以防止您的个人信息泄露。例如，我们为了安全传输会在您设备本地完成部分信息加密的工作；为了预防病毒、木马程序或其他恶意程序、网站，我们可能会了解您设备安装的应用信息、正在运行的进程信息或设备内存中寄存的数据；为了预防诈骗、盗号、仿冒他人等不法行为和进行安全检查可能会分析利用唯一设备标识符、登录IP地址、操作日志、位置信息等数据，以便于采取安全措施或进行安全提醒等。我们建立专门的管理制度、操作规程和组织以保障信息的安全。例如，我们严格限制访问信息的人员范围，要求他们遵守保密义务，并进行审计。此外，腾讯还会设立主要由外部成员组成的独立机构对我们的个人信息保护情况进行监督。

一、【适用范围】本《隐私协议》适用于您通过ElephGO服务平台app、微信、微信公众号及H5等使用我们提供的产品和服务。

二、【我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息】在您使用ElephGO服务平台的过程中，我们会按照如下方式收集您在使用服务时主动提供的或因为使用服务而产生的个人信息，用以向您提供服务、优化我们的服务以及保障您的账户安全。

2.1当您使用ElephGO服务平台的以下功能时，我们需要您主动提供一些信息：

2.1.1账号类功能当您登录ElephGO服务平台时，如果您使用手机号、微信或QQ、支付宝登录的，需要您向我们提供手机号、微信或QQ、支付宝昵称、头像、地区、性别，以为您持续稳定提供专属于登录用户的服务。在部分实名制服务中，我们可能需要您提供您的姓名、通讯地址、邮编、身份信息、联系方式等相关信息。您也可以向我们提供您的手机号码，作为账号认证/绑定的补充途径。手机号码是个人敏感信息。如您拒绝提供手机号码，不影响您继续登录账号、使用我们的服务，但在某些特定服务场合中，可能会受到限制。您可以通过ElephGO服务平台-设置-点击头像，查阅您的账号信息。

2.1.2服务当您使用ElephGO服务平台中提供的服务时，为确保你在完成行程后能够完成支付，您授权ElephGO服务平台将您的openid共享给微信支付、支付宝以便校验你是否具备支付能力；我们会向您申请位置权限，经您授权同意后，我们会收集您的手机号码、已安装APP信息、传感器信息、剪切板、设备信息（包括IMEI、设备序列号、OAID、AndroidID、IMSI、MAC地址、SIM卡序列号、Wi-Fi SSID、Wi-Fi BSSID、手机型号、系统类型、系统版本、会话功能中发送的消息内容与发送时间、地理位置信息（如起终点经纬度、注册时经纬度、下单时经纬度）、您所主动输入的紧急联系人姓名、紧急联系人电话号码（如有）、订单信息、交易信息、IP地址、设备识别码（ICCID、IMSI、IMEI）、发票信息（发票抬头、税号、备注说明、注册地址、注册电话、开户银行、银行账号、收件人、电话号码、邮箱地址）、取消订单时选择的原因、客诉信息、各个运力的隐私协议和服务协议的授权信息，并在您确认订单后将手机号码、起终点经纬度、发票信息（发票抬头、税号、备注说明、注册地址、注册电话、开户银行、银行账号、收件人、电话号码、邮箱地址）与第三方运力服务方共享，以便第三方服务商进行定位、方便与您进行联系、生成订单以实现服务并确保您的用车安全。您如果拒绝授权提供，将无法使用对应功能，但不影响您正常使用ElephGO服务平台基于上述信息即可实现的其他功能，服务过程中以签署具体运力商隐私协议为准。您可以通过ElephGO服务平台的-个人中心-隐私服务协议进一步了解服务。

3.1存储信息的地点我们遵守法律法规的规定，将境内收集的用户个人信息存储于境内。

4.6.2您也可以通过查询第三方信息共享清单，来查阅我们与第三方共享信息的情况。

5.2删除个人信息 • 删除订单： 1) 进入ElephGO服务平台首页后，点击“我的”； 2) 点击“ 订单”； 3) 左滑； 4) 确认是否删除； 5) 点击“删除”。

5.4账号解绑/注销

5.4.1ElephGO服务平台没有独立的账号，如果您想注销您所登录腾讯地图的qq或微信账号，您需要到qq或微信的相关页面，根据其指引实现。

七、【信息安全保护】
